Emergency Specialists of Oregon (ESO), a physician
owned EM group at Providence Newberg Hospital (PNH) is currently
seeking a full time Emergency Nurse Practitioner to join our group.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year prior ED experience
and be able to work autonomously in a main ED setting. ESO offers
a competitive compensation packet with full benefits to include
malpractice coverage.
PNH is a Level IV trauma center with a 15-bed ED seeing 19,000
patients annually. Physicians provide 25 hours of ED coverage
with mid-level coverage being 8-10 hours. We are expanding
our NP coverage so hours will change.
Newberg is located about 25 miles southwest of Portland on US
Highway 99W of Yamhill County. Mountains surrounding the community
and the broad Willamette River create a natural feeling of separation
cherished by most of Newberg's citizens. Portland, with all of

a EM physician!...3038 Small, Critical Access hospital, 100 miles
south of Portland is in need of a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician.
It is an employed arrangement with the hospital. They are offering
competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, medical malpractice,
CME, starting bonus and relocation allowance. Full-time ER physicians
work 13-15 shifts per month. The hospital has a combined urgent
care and emergency department (30,000-35,000 visits/year). The hospital
services an area of about 15k. EM physians have admitting privileges
and there is a hospitalist program. |

Oregon that needs a locum tenens emergency medicine physician. The
assignment would start as soon as credentialing is complete. Aapproximately
25,000 annual ER Visits Shifts: 8 hours (7 am – 3 pm, 3 pm
– 11 pm, 11pm – 7 am) Approximately 15-18 patients per
shift. 25% Admissions – which will be handled by primary care
physicians Documentation: Hand written, dictation, T-sheet. Code
Blue Response – Only if conditions in ER permit. Procedures
required: Intubations, central lines, lumbar puncture. EKG interpretation,
X-ray interpretation and emergent chest tube insertion. Requires:
Oregon Medical License Must have completed Emergency Medicine Residency
Board Certificated or Board Prepared in Emergency Medicine. Competitive
Compensation Travel and housing provided. Harris Medical Associates
will provide medical malpractice insurance. |
