Prefer Board Certified or Board Prepared in Emergency Medicine or
Family Practice with a minimum of 5 years Emergency Medicine experience;
ACLS certification and documentation of emergency department experience.
Providers rotate coverage between this two hospital system. Single
physician coverage with 24- and 48-hour shifts available provides
for ample time-off between shifts. Supportive and dedicated nursing
staff and excellent medical staff back-up. Candidates must have
HI license and be willing to live on Island of Kauai. Supportive

X-press chart template charting system. Innovative endeavors include
the implementation of a diabetic management program. Facilities
offer a full range of services including critical care, cardiac
care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, surgery, pharmacy,
respiratory therapy, medical surgical/pediatric care, dietary counseling,
laboratory services, rehabilitation, and a nursing facility.

vast areas of native vegetation, Kauai Island offers breathtaking
vistas at every turn. Located 20 minutes by air from Honolulu, the
city of Waimea is positioned on the dry side of the island and is
the gateway to the Waimea Canyon, often called the "Grand Canyon
of the Pacific," with its 3,000-foot high mountain cliffs that
rise from the ocean floor to form the magnificent unspoiled Na Pali
Coast. The Island is home to seven major rivers and 110 miles of
white sand beaches that provide residents and tourists with endless
recreational opportunities.
